摘要
采用大容器、大粒径、大载荷和仿真煤体条件,进行了23个方案模拟矸石压缩实验.总结了压缩过程中应力应变关系曲线和轴压侧压关系曲线的形态及其特征;得出了压缩率与粒径尺寸成正变、与侧压成反变的规律;分析了压缩率、侧压与煤体强度、矸石粒径及其级配之间的相互关系,揭示了充填材料级配优化提高充填效果的机理.
Under the condition of large container, large diameter of material, large load and simulation coal, 23 plans were done to simulate the coal waste compression experiment. Through the experiment, summarized the morphology and characteristics of the stress-strain curve and the axial-lateral stress curve ; got the law that the compression ratio has direct ratio relations with coal waste diameter and inverse ratio relations with lateral stress; analyzed the relationship among the compression ratio, lateral stress, the coal strength, diameter and grading of coal waste, and revealed the mechanism that filling material grading optimization improve the effect of backfilling.
