摘要
某浅部低品位磷矿山的矿体埋深为0~250 m,设计采用高效的无轨机械化设备进行采场凿岩、支护、出矿,并采用简单、高效的主斜坡道进行开拓,采出的矿石由矿用卡车经主斜坡道运输出地表,同时,设计将竖向开采范围的240 m标高划分成2期进行开采,1期开采上部120 m的矿体,2期开采下部的120 m的矿体,分期建设有利于减少1期的投资、加快矿山投产速度与资金的回收速度、取得较好的投资效益,为低品位浅部磷矿体地下开采设计方案提供研究与借鉴。
The depth of a shallow low-grade phosphate orebody is 0-250 m. Efficient trackless mechanized equipment is designed to drill, support and excavate the stope, the mined ore is transported to the surface by mining trucks through the main ramp. At the same time, the 240 m elevation of the vertical mining range is divided into two phases for mining. In the first phase, the upper 120 m ore body is mined, and in the second phase, the lower 120 m ore body is mined. The phased construction reduces the investment of phase 1 and accelerate the mine going into production and capital recovery for better investment benefits, providing research ideas and reference for underground mining design of low-grade shallow phosphate ore body.
