摘要
采用靶线法测试了6~17MPa奥克托今基复合改性双基推进剂(HMX-CMDB)的燃速,通过调节不同种类燃烧催化剂组合(铅盐、铜盐和炭黑)研究了催化剂对HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响;通过调节不同降速剂的含量,研究了降速剂对HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,采用Φ-Pb、Sa-Cu和CB-1的催化剂组合,对推进剂燃速提高的催化效果最明显,15MPa下的燃速达到21.80mm/s;采用St-Pb、β-Cu和CB-2的催化剂组合,对抑制推进剂燃速提高效果较好,15MPa下燃速仅为9.43mm/s。通过加入降速剂,可以有效地降低HMX-CMDB推进剂的燃速,降速剂甘油三醋酸酯(TA)具有相对更好的降低燃速效果;蔗糖八醋酸酯(SOA)则具有更好的降低燃速压强指数效果。
The burning rate of HMX-CMDB propellants in the pressure range of 6 ~ 17 MPa were measured by a target line method. The effects of burning catalysts on combustion performance of HMX-CMDB was investigated by adjusting the combination of different burning catalysts( lead salts,copper salts and carbon black). The influences of deceleration agents on combustion performance of HMX-CMDB were investigated by adjusting the content of deceleration agents. The results showed that the combination of Φ-Pb,Sa-Cu and CB-1 was advantageous for increasing the burning rates of HMX-CMDB. The burning rate at 15 MPa was 21. 80 mm/s. However,the combination of St-Pb,β-Cu and CB-2 is advantageous for decreasing the burning rates of HMX-CMDB propellant,the burning rate at 15 MPa was only 9. 43 mm/s. The burning rates of HMX-CMDB were decreased evidently by adding deceleration agents. TA was more advantageous for decreasing the burning rates of HMX-CMDB,while SOA had a significant impact on decreasing pressure exponent.
