摘要
采用燃烧–靶线法分析了炭黑的种类、含量及粒径对复合改性双基(CMDB)推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:在压强为1~8MPa时,添加炭黑可以提高推进剂的燃速,Y1炭黑可以有效减小推进剂配方的压强指数;当Y1炭黑在推进剂配方中含量较低时,推进剂样品在压强为3~8MPa时具有平台燃烧特性,小粒径的Y1炭黑有利于推进剂配方压强指数的降低。
The effects of the type,content and particle size of carbon black on the combustion performance of composite modified double-base(CMDB)propellant were analyzed by the combustion-target line method.The results showed that when the pressure was 1~8 MPa,the addition of carbon black could improve the burning rate of propellant,and the Yl carbon black could effectively reduce the pressure exponent of the propellant formulation;when the content of Y1 carbon black in the propellant formulation was low,the propellant samples exhibited a platform combustion characteristic under the pressure of 3~8 MPa,and the Y1 carbon black with small particle size was beneficial for the reduction of the pressure exponent of the propellant formulation.
