摘要
目的对国际化时尚创意设计人才的培养模式进行探索。方法针对时尚创意行业的前沿性、变化快、实践强的特点,与新加坡南洋理工的人才培养模式进行比较研究,从人才培养模式、课程设置、教学实施方法上创新。结论提出国际化时尚创意人才的培养应该站在国际的高度,通过校校、校企、校政、校行的手段进行人才培养,培养能设计制作"原创化"、"个性化"、"精品化"、"小型化"、"快速化"时尚产品的国际化时尚创意设计人才。
Objective: Making changes and exploring modes for training the best international fashion creative designers. Method: It is based on the fashion creative industry characteristic of trendy, sharply changing and strong characteristic of practicing, taking Singapore Nanyang Science and Technology talent training model for comparative study, and from the personnel training mode, curriculum, teaching and implementation, it proposes innovative methods. Conclusion: it proposes that cultivating international fashion creative talents should stand in the international level while in the mode of: school to school, school to firm, school to administration, school to industry, to training international fashion creative design talent can design the fashion products with "original", "personalized", "fine", "miniaturization'1 and "fast".
