摘要
翻译,从语言层面上讲,是指语言转换过程中对形式对应的偏离;从语言之外的层面上来讲,是指语言转换过程中对源语社会和文化对等的偏离。文章从语言和非语言两个层面探索和研究许渊冲《道德经》译本中的"转换"现象,并试图分析"转换"的潜在原因和现实意义。
Translation--linguistically speaking, it is the departure from formal correspondence in the process of going from the SL to the TL;speaking beyond languages, it is the departure from social and cultural equivalence of the ST in the language transformation process. This paper attempts to study the phenomena of translational shifts in Xu＇s translation of Laws Divine and Human within and beyond languages and hence analyzes the possible factors and practical significance of the shifts.
