摘要 "食品营养学"是食品专业中一门理论与实践并重的基础课程,实验教学在整个教学环节中占有重要地位。由于传统的"食品营养学"实验教学模式已经无法满足创新型、复合型人才的培养要求,为促进"食品营养学"实验教学水平的提高,从课内及课外教学2个方面对"食品营养学"实验教学的课程改革和实践进行了总结与分析,旨在为"食品营养学"实验教学的发展提供一定参考。 Food Nutriology belongs to one of the foundation course of food specialty,which lays equal stress on the theory and practice teaching. The experiment teaching occupies an important practice step in the teaching process. As the traditional teaching model has not met the demand of cultivation of talents with innovativeness and versatility,the present paper summarizes the reform and practice measures of Food Nutriology experiment teaching both in and outside of class in order to promote the experiment teaching level and provide a meaningful reference for the development of Food Nutriology experiment teaching.
