摘要
目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定柏子养心片中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Hibar C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68);流速:1.0m L·min-1;柱温:30℃。蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)参数:漂移管温度90℃,载气流速:1.8m L·min-1。结果黄芪甲苷在0.4554~6.831μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率为98.81%(RSD为2.70%,n=6)。结论本法简单易行,测定结果准确,可作为柏子养心片制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Baizi Yangxin Tablets. METHODS The HPLC-ELSD system consisted of Hibar C18 Column （250mm×4. 6mm, 5 μm）with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （32：68） ;The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1;and the column temperature was set at 30℃. Evaporativelight-scattering detector was adopted：The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 90℃ ,the gas flow rate was 1.8L·min^-1. RESULTS 0. 4554 - 6. 831 txg.
