引导式教育理念护理对脑瘫儿康复效果的影响 被引量:4

The effects of heuristic education concept on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children

摘要 目的探讨引导式教育理念对脑瘫儿童康复效果的影响。方法将2013年3月-2016年2月广州市社会福利院康复医院收治的50例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,两组患儿均进行常规康复治疗,观察组同时配合引导式教育理念。比较两组患儿治疗后Gesell发育评分及ADL评分情况。结果观察组患儿Gesell发育评分及ADL评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在康复护理中应用引导式教育理念,可提高患儿的认知功能发育水平,如注意力、思考力,方位辨认、表达及理解能力等,为患儿融入社会、回归社会奠定了基础,减轻家庭、社会及国家的负担,是行之有效的康复护理理念,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the effect of heuristic education concept on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children. Methods 50 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in Guangzhou Social Welfare Home Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were given the routine rehabilitation treatment,while the patients in observation group were given heuristic education concept.Gesell development scores and ADL scores were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Gesell developmental scores and ADL scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of heuristic education concept on rehabilitation nursing can improve the development level of children's cognitive function,such as attention,thinking ability,direction identification,expression and comprehension ability,etc. The application of heuristic education concept in rehabilitation nursing has laid a foundation for children to integrate into society and return to society,reduces the burden of family,society and nation. So it is an effective concept of rehabilitation nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
