摘要
目的:探讨引导式教育应用于脑瘫治疗的效果。方法:对29例20个月10岁脑瘫患儿分大小班采用引导式教育方法进行>6个月的训练,记录并比较训练前后患儿的PEDI(残疾儿童评估目录)评估得分情况,进行统计学处理。结果:训练6个月后,所有患儿在自理、运动、社交及总体上均较训练前有不同程度的改善,其治疗前后PEDI评估得分比较有非常显著差异P<0.001。结论:引导式教育能全面促进脑瘫患儿康复,是一种良好的脑瘫治疗手段。
Objective:To explore the effect of conductive education(CE) on the children with cerebral palsy.Methods:29 cases with cerebral palsy,who are 2-10 years,were trained by using CE methods for more than 6 months.The scores of the PEDI were recorded and compared before and after the training,all data was statistically analyzed.Results:After 6-month training,the PEDI scores in self-care,movement,social communication and the total in all were significantly improved at different degrees compared with those before the training(PC0.001).Conclusion:CE was a good approach for the treatment of cerebral palsy because it could promote the rehabilitation of the children with cerebral palsy in many aspects.
