摘要
当前我国在运的直流输电工程额定电流最高5 000A,额定功率最高8 000MW。更大容量的2个6 250A直流输电工程已经开工建设。换流阀是高压直流输电的核心设备,介绍了即将应用于某直流工程的6 250A/±800kV特高压换流阀的主要技术参数、电气设计方案、结构设计方案以及阀控系统设计方案等,并重点介绍针对电流提升的优化设计。优化后的6 250A/±800kV换流阀性能优良、可靠性高,满足工程应用要求。
Up to now, the maximum rated current and power of existing HVDC transmission projects are up to 5 000A and 8 000MW respectively. Two HVDC projects which are currently under construction will have a higher transmission capacity with a rated current of up to 6 250A. The converter valve for HVDC project is one of the key equipments which needs significant technical improvement. This paper explains the main technical parameters in conjunction with the electrical and structural improvements of the converter valve. Improvement of the valve control system is briefly described too. The optimization design of converter valve for raising electric current is mainly introduced and the optimized converter valve has high performance and reliability and can satisfy the technical requirements of the ±800kV HVDC project application.
