摘要
为合理确定±800kV特高压换流站设备绝缘水平,分析了换流站避雷器保护配置方案、绝缘配合的原则、绝缘裕度(包括换流变套管绝缘裕度的取舍)等关键问题,建议晶闸管阀、雷电冲击和操作冲击的绝缘裕度降低到10%,而特高压直流换流站直流侧油浸式设备不再采用SIWL/LIWL的比系数(0.83)和靠至高一级的标准绝缘水平等级;对于换流变内绝缘与套管绝缘间的裕度,建议直流800 kV换流变套管的直流耐受试验和极性翻转试验(都带局部放电测量)的试验水平取绕组相应耐受电压水平的1.15倍,而雷电和操作冲击试验电压水平由按比绕组绝缘水平提高10%降低到提高5%执行;最后初步探讨了避雷器的参数与特性、设备的保护水平。
This paper describes the configuration and protection scheme of arresters for the ±800kV DC; converter station, design principle of insulation coordination, insulation margin (including the insulation margin of converter transformer bushings). The following suggestions are presented based on the analysis: (1) The insulation margin of lightning and switching impulse for the thyristor valve is advised to lower to 10%, and neither the ratio of SIWL/ LIWL (0. 83) nor the insulation class adjacent to higher level will be applied to the oil-immersed equipment in the DC side of UHV DC conversion station. (2) Referring to the insulation margin between the inner insulation of converter transformer and insulation of bushings, a 1.15 times withstand voltage level of winding is advised for the DC withstand test with the partial discharge measurement and the polarity reversal test with the partial discharge measurement of 800kV converter transformer bushings. In addition, the test voltage level of lightning and switching impulse is 5 % more than the winding insulation level instead of 10% adopted previously. (3) The parameters and characteristics of arrester, the protection and insulation level of equipment are also discussed preliminarily in the paper, moreover, the detail data are presented as the reference of further study.
