摘要
目的:探讨出院后追踪护理干预对老年髋关节置换术患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2014年8月~2016年8月行单侧髋关节置换术的老年患者60例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施出院后追踪护理干预。两组均于出院后3,6个月复诊时进行髋关节功能恢复与生活质量的相关量表评估。结果:观察组出院后3,6个月髋关节疼痛、功能状态、活动范围、下肢畸形评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院后3,6个月SF-36量表中生理功能、生理职能、活力、精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、总体健康评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:出院后追踪护理干预对老年髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能恢复和生活质量有积极的作用。
Objective：To discuss the influence of tracking nursing intervention after discharge on life quality of elderly patients receiving hip replacement.Methods：Selected 60 elderly patients receiving unilateral hip replacement in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group, where conventional discharge guidance was given to the patients in the control group, and tracking nursing intervention after discharge was implemented for the patient in the observation group on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were evaluated in hip functional recovery and life quality related scales at the times of further consultation 3 and 6 months after discharge.Results：The scores of hip joint pain, functional state, range of activity and lower limb malformation of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group 3 and 6 months after discharge （P〈0.05）.The physiological function, physiological role, vitality, mental health, emotional role, body pain, social function and overall health scores in SF-36 scale of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group 3 and 6 months after discharge （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The tracking nursing intervention after discharge had an active role on the hip joint function recovery and life quality of elderly patients receiving hip replacement.
