摘要
目的探讨骨科康复训练对人工髋关节置换术患者的临床应用效果.方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月该院骨科收治的患者120例为研究对象,所有患者均行人工髋关节置换术,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.观察组在常规护理基础上给予骨科康复训练,对照组只接受常规护理,观察术后疼痛、髋关节功能、Barthel指数、治疗依从性情况及股静脉和股动脉血流速度等指标.结果观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间、术后7d视觉模拟疼痛评分、治疗依从性评分、髋关节功能Harris量表评分、日常生活Barthel指数评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后股静脉和股动脉峰值血流速度、平均速度及术后深静脉血栓发生率均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨科康复训练能够明显缩短人工髋关节置换患者下床活动时间和住院时间,减轻疼痛,提高治疗依从性和髋关节功能,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,临床应用效果显著.
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of orthopedic rehabilitation training on patients undergoing artificial hip replacement.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,120 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in this hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent artificial hip replacement and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was given orthopedic rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing,and the control group only received routine nursing.The postoperative pain,hip joint function,Barthel index,treatment compliance,and femoral vein and femoral artery blood flow velocity were observed.Results The observation group's postoperative time to get out of bed,hospital stay,7-day visual analog pain score,treatment compliance score,hip function Harris scale score,and daily Barthel index score were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's postoperative femoral vein and femoral artery peak blood flow velocity,average velocity and postoperative deep vein thrombosis rate were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic rehabilitation training can significantly shorten the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization for patients with artificial hip replacement,reduce pain,improve treatment compliance and hip joint function,and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs.The clinical application effect is significant.
