摘要
运用信息科学的"信息、知识和智能转换"方法论研究信息素养培训中行动素养产生的生态过程,论证了基于行动素养的公共图书馆信息素养教育目标和功能定位。提出公共图书馆是社会大众开展"大众创业、万众创新"的区域经济发展的信息枢纽,公共图书馆信息素养教育目标是培养社会大众的行动策略能力,激发大众智慧,行动素养教育功能定位是公共图书馆信息保存及传承、社会教育、培育信息素养、促进阅读、文化传播、情报传递、促进社会和谐、休闲娱乐八大职能的有机统一。
With the methodology of "information, knowledge and intelligence transformation" of information science, this article studies the ecological process of action literacy in information literacy education, and demonstrates the objectives and function ori- entation of information literacy education in public library based on action literacy. The objective of information literacy education in public libraries is to traio the action strategy ability of the public and stimulate their wisdom. The function of action literacy education is a unity of information preservation and inheritance, social education, information literacy, reading promotion, cultural transmission, information transmission social harmony promotion, recreation and entertainment.
