摘要
美国住院医师规范化培训经过多年的探索和完善,已基本完成全美住院医师"同质化"的目标,即社区医院的医生和知名附属医院的医生专业素养和临床水平并无差异。然而住院医师规范化培训制度在我国刚刚普及,耳鼻喉科又更具专业性,因此亟需培养出一批在临床技术和沟通能力兼备的耳鼻喉科住院医生。文章通过对比中国和美国住院医师的培训情况,结合我国的具体国情,对耳鼻喉科住院医师培训提出改进策略及展望。
After years of exploration and perfection of the standardized residency training in America, the homogenization of all-American residents has almost been achieved, which means the similar clinical level of the residents in community hospitals with that of the residents in the famous affiliated hospitals. However, the resident training system in China has been developed only for a short period. Moreover, otolaryngology is one of the most professional medical subjects. Therefore, it＇s urgent to cultivate excellent otolaryngology residents with high clinical level as well as good communication skills. Considering the specific conditions in China, several feasible improvement strategies have been proposed by the comparison of the otolaryngology residency training between China and America.
