摘要
规范化的住院医生培训是培养高水平医学专业人才的重要手段和必经之路。随着教学改革的深入,导师制逐渐被引入到住院医生规范化培训的教育管理中来。住院医生规范化培训中引入导师制能保证住院医生在规范化培训过程中的培养质量,最终培养出实践能力较强、基本功扎实、并具有一定科研思维能力的综合素质人才。
Standardized resident training is an important means and the only way to bring up high level professionals. With the development of teaching reform, the tutor system is introduced into the standardized resident training gradually. Introducing the tutor system into the standardized resident training can improve the whole faenlty of residents.
