摘要
遗传算法是一类借鉴生物界自然选择和遗传机制的随机搜索方法。图像处理过程中可能会产生部分误差对处理结果产生较大影响的影响,而应用遗传算法的全局搜索特点能快速得到较好的处理效果。因此,介绍遗传算法的理论基础、主要问题及其改进,主要阐述遗传算法在图像处理中的应用,特别是在参数化优化、图像增强、图像边缘检测、图像拼接、图像融合等方面的作用,并展望其今后的研究方向。
GA(Genetic Algorithm)is a random search method which reference to biological natural selection and genetic mechanism. Some errors produced in the process of image processing may exert great influence on the processing result, while the global search characteristic of the genetic algorithm can acquire much better processing effect quickly. For this purpose, the theoretical basis, main problems and improvement of genetic algorithm are discussed, describes its application in image processing, particularly in the fields of parametric optimization, image enhancement, image edge detection, image mosaic, image fusion and so on, also described. Finally, the future research directions are forecasted.
