摘要
在对图像退化模型和图像恢复的可能性进行分析的基础上,重点介绍采用遗传算法进行图像恢复的原理。针对标准遗传算法进行图像恢复时,存在"过早收敛"现象,及计算量过大的问题,从整体入手,对遗传算法的编码方式、选择算子、交叉算子、变异算子进行了改进,并采用VC++6.0编程软件进行实验。实验结果表明,改进后的遗传算法用于图像恢复,不但可以较好地克服"过早收敛"现象,提高了计算速度,而且恢复出的图像具有良好的效果。
On the basis of analysing image degradation model and image restoration possibility, in this paper we emphatically introduced the principle of using genetic algorithm to restore the image. According to the premature convergence and complex computation problems when standard genetic algorithm is used in image restoration, from the view of the whole, the coding mode of GA, the selection operator, the crossover operator and the mutation operator are all improved, and VC + + 6.0 programming software are adopted for experiment. Experimental results show that when applying the improved genetic algorithm in image restoration, the phenomena of premature convergence is overcome effectively, and the computational complexity is decreased as well. Moreover, the restored image also has better quality.
