摘要
车辆快速运动情况下对其所拍摄的车牌图像通常比较模糊,在对其进行识别时效果不理想。针对此问题,提出一种基于Z变换的模糊车牌信息识别的新方法。该方法通过建立基于Z变换的图像退化模型和恢复模型,先对运动模糊图像进行复原处理,再对处理后的图像进行车牌信息识别。实验结果表明,该方法对模糊车牌信息识别的效果良好,具有一定的实用性。
The captured license plate image is always blurred due to the vehicles’ rapid movement. The effects are not satisfied when identifing. This paper presents a new method to identify the blurred license plate based on z-transformation. By establishing image degradation and recovery models based on z-transformation, it firstly restores the blurred image, and then identifies the license plate on the processed image. The experiment results show that the new method goes well and has some practicality.
