摘要
为了使企业能够健康稳定的经营发展,将企业内部劳动关系进行有效的和谐化具有十分重要的作用。新时代背景下,国有企业内部工会的主要职责内容就包括如何协调单位成员之间、单位成员与企业之间的劳动关系。鉴于此,论文对国企工会在构建和谐劳动关系中的作用进行分析,从阐述和谐劳动关系的作用着手,提出了几点有效建议。此次研究的主要目的是为了更好地提升现今国企工会工作的质量。
In order to make the enterprise develop healthily and steadily, it is very important to effectively harmonize the labor relations within the enterprise. In the new era, the main responsibilities of the labor unions within the state-owned enterprises include how to coordinate the labor relations among the members of the units, between the members of the units and enterprises. In view of this, the paper analyzes the role of the state-owned enterprises＇ labor unions in the construction of harmonious labor relations, and puts forward some effective suggestions from the elaboration of the role of harmonious labor relations. The main purpose of this study is to better improve the quality of labor union work in today＇s state-owned enterprises.
