摘要
通过解读新常态的内涵和特点,结合国有企业的实地调研数据,运用层次分析法构建了新常态视角下国有企业和谐劳动关系评价体系,并对各子体系的一致性运用判断矩阵进行检验,结果表明指标体系具有可接受的一致性。同时确定了评分在7分以上的国有企业为"新常态视角下劳动关系和谐国有企业"。
This paper attempts to combine the features of the economic development in the new normal connotation and research data in the field of state - owned enterprises, and comprehensively uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the indictors and weights of the evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations in state - owned enterprises from the perspective of new normal, and the paper also tests the conformity of each sub - systems by using the judgment matrix. The result shows that each sub - systems are acceptable. Finally, This paper also identifies score of 7 or more state - owned enter- prises to be " under the perspective of harmonious labor relations in the new normal state - owned enterprises" . The building of the evaluation index system provides a useful reference and guidance for the new normal state - owned enterprises under the long - term development of labor relations.
