摘要
随着制造业智能化进程的深入推进,劳动力资源冲突逐步凸显,放任这些冲突不加干预可能会引发严重的社会矛盾。文章以制造企业为研究对象,通过文献梳理并结合桑德沃理论模型,建立了制造业智能化进程中劳动力资源冲突的成因模型,并通过回归分析验证了模型的有效性。研究发现失业风险与劳动力资源冲突有正相关关系,劳动关系法律法规、人力资源管理制度、领导者行为、收入公平感、劳动者权益保障与劳动力资源冲突有负相关关系。基于研究结果提出化解制造业智能化进程中劳动力资源冲突的建议。
With the development of the intelligent process of manufacturing industry,the conflicts of labor resources have become increasingly prominent.Leaving these conflicts unattended may lead to serious social conflicts.Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object,through literature review and combined with Sandver's theoretical model,the cause model of labor resource conflicts in the intelligent process of manufacturing industry is established,and the effectiveness of the model is verified through regression analysis.It is found that there is a positive correlation between unemployment risk and labor resource conflicts,while laws and regulations of labor relations,human resource management system,leader behavior,sense of income fairness and labor rights protection are negatively correlated with labor resource conflicts.Based on the research results,some suggestions are finally put forward to resolve the labor resource conflicts in the intelligent process of manufacturing industry.
