摘要
羟基红花黄色素A为红花黄色素中活血化瘀成分的最有效部分,同时也是世界卫生组织鼓励使用的天然食品色素,可应用于保健品及化妆品领域。国内外研究表明HSYA具有良好的抗心血管疾病、降血脂、调节代谢等多种药理作用,其临床应用价值极高,本文通过对近几年国内外研究文献的查阅,对HSYA现有提取、分离、纯化方法及其药理学研究进行综述,为后续进一步研究提供必要参考。
A major ingredient in the Saffower Yellower, which has been found to activate blood and dissolve stasis, is HydroxysafflSafflor yellow A （HSYA）. While HSYA is also encouraged to be used as one of the food natural pigments by World Health Organization, which is widely applied in health care products and cosmetics. Nationally and internationally, many studies indicate that HSYA has high clinical value, which shows excellent cardiovascular disease resistance, protection of cerebral blood vessels and adjust metabolic system effect. Through the study of literature in the recent years, this paper provides a comprehensive survey on research of HSYA from Saffower Yellower, research of extraction, separation, purification and pharmacological wasintroduced, which can be referenced for the further study.
