摘要
按照《政府采购法》的规定,高校采购物资必须通过政府采购方式进行。近年来,在高校实施政府采购的过程中,由于高校的管理层对政府采购的管理和监控认知不足、管理手段不科学,导致高校政府采购存在管理缺位和监管不足等风险。文章针对上述风险对目前高校政府采购中存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,并提出了高校政府采购中风险防控的建议。
According to ＂Government Procurement Law＂, material and universities should work in a way as government procurement procurement in colleges In recent years, in the process of government procurement, there are risks caused by inadequate supervision since the school administration level has less consideration about the necessity and measurement of super- vision. Based on the analysis of the problems above, suggestions are proposed to prevent the risks in this operation.
