摘要
通过石墨烯粉体在环氧锌粉底漆中的应用研究,对石墨烯的"增效"机理进行了探索;对影响石墨烯—环氧锌粉底漆防腐蚀性能的因素进行了讨论。结果表明,合理的配方设计、正确的选用原材料可以制备出性能稳定、防腐蚀性能优异的"石墨烯锌粉底漆"。与传统环氧富锌涂料相比较,石墨烯锌粉底漆在环境保护、节约资源和提升涂层系统长效防腐蚀寿命方面具有重大的意义。
The improvement mechanism of graphene applied in epoxy zinc-rich primer has been discussed. The influential factors of graphene on anticorrosive properties of epoxy zinc-rich primer are analyzed. The results show that a stable graphene-modified zinc-rich primer with good anticorrosive performance can be prepared via reasonable formula design and suitable raw materials, in addition, it is significant in terms of environment protection, energy-saving and improvement of long -lasting anticorrosive service life of coatings as compared with the traditional epoxy zinc-rich coatings.
