摘要
从石墨烯的防腐机理分析着手展开研究,利用具有良好导电性的优质物理法石墨烯替代传统环氧富锌涂料中的部分锌粉颜料,研制了一种质轻、防腐效果优异的石墨烯改性环氧锌粉涂料,通过对涂层耐盐雾性试验的考察,证明该石墨烯改性环氧锌粉涂料防腐性能远远优于高锌含量的富锌底漆,耐盐雾性可达2 500 h。
Based on the anticorrosion mechanism analysis of graphene, a kind of graphene modified epoxy zinc coatings with light weight, excellent anticorrosion was prepared by replacing part of zinc pigments in traditional zinc-rich epoxy coatings with grapheme which has excellent conductivity. After the investigation of salt spray resistance test, it showed that the anticorrosive performance of graphene modified epoxy zinc coatings is much better than that of zinc-rich primers, and its salt spray resistance can be up to 2 500 h.
