摘要
介绍了石墨烯改性环氧富锌底漆的防腐机理,分析了石墨烯选型、片径、添加量和配方颜基比对涂层耐盐雾性能的影响,通过对比实验测试,制备了一种具有良好耐盐雾性能的石墨烯改性环氧富锌防腐涂料,该涂料相对传统环氧富锌涂料,锌粉用量少,成本低,性能好,具有较好的实用价值。
The corrosion prevention mechanism of graphene modified epoxy zinc-rich primer is introduced.The influences of graphene type selection,flake sizes,dosages and formula pigment/binder ratios on the salt spray resistance of coatings are analyzed.Through comparison testing,a graphene modified epoxy zinc-rich primer with good salt spray resistance was prepared.Compared with the traditional epoxy zinc-rich coatings,the coatings have the advantages of less zinc powder,lower cost,better performance and high practical value.
