摘要
随着京津冀协同发展战略的实施,津冀港口从简单的竞争转变为协同发展模式已是必然趋势。根据津冀港口协同发展的要求以及存在的问题,综合考虑港口合作努力程度、成本及物流量间的关系,对津冀港口群内部的竞合进行了博弈分析,建立了以收益最大化为目标的合作努力机制模型,并进行了算例分析,提出了实现协同发展相应的对策与建议。
With the implementation of the collaborative development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it is an inevitable trend for Tianjin-Hebei port to change its simple competition to a collaborative development. According to the new situa-tion, this paper found out the problems existing in Tianjin-Hebei ports. Comprehensively considering the relationships of their cooperation degree, cost and logistics quantity, this paper made game analysis of the concurrence in the port group of Tianjin and Hebei, established cooperation mechanism model with income maximization as the goal, and carried out the ex-ample analysis. Finally, this paper put forward some corresponding suggestions of the realization of collaborative develop-ment.
