摘要 采煤机是煤矿现代化综采工作面上的重要设备之一,随着煤矿开采技术的不断发展,安全、高效、自动化采煤已成趋势。负载敏感技术是一种绿色、节能和环保型液压控制系统,针对MG400/930-GWD型采煤机负载敏感调高液压系统进行总体设计,动力元件和控制元件进行设计,主要包括:负载敏感变量柱塞泵和负载敏感比例多路阀进行选型设计。 Shearer is one of the important equipments in the fully mechanized coal mining face. With the continuous development of coal mining technology, safe, efficient and automated coal mining has become a trend. Load-sensitive technology is a kind of green, energy saving and environment-friendly hydraulic; control system. The design of the MG400/930-GWD shearer load-sensitive hydraulic system is designed, and the dynamic components and control components are designed. Variable displacement piston pump and load sensitive multi-way valve for selection design.
