摘要
随着煤矿企业煤炭产能的提升,采煤机的使用率频繁、故障率提高。采煤机的完好状态关系到煤炭的产能和安全生产。从采煤机故障判断的方法入手,分析采煤机液压系统故障的类别,针对采煤机液压系统的常见故障进行原因分析,并提出相应的处理措施。
With the increase of coal production capacity in coal mine enterprises,the utilization rate of coal mining machine is frequent and the failure rate is raised.The condition of the coal winning machine is related to the coal productivity and safety production.In this paper,from the coal mining machine fault judgment method,coal mining machine hydraulic system failure categories are analyzed,in view of the coal mining machine hydraulic system common fault causes,the corresponding treatment measures is put forward.
