摘要
针对薄煤层采煤机机面高度低,安装空间小的具体情况,需要设计一种适合于薄煤层采煤机用的调高阀组,即采用集成阀块的结构,总体上按两层布置,具有集成度高、布局合理和体积小等优点,有效地解决了薄煤层采煤机由于空间狭小导致常规阀组无法安装的问题。该调高阀组已在薄煤层系列采煤机上实际应用,取得了良好的效果。
In view of the low surface height and the small installation space of the thin coal seam shearer,it is necessary to design a height adjustment valve set which is suitable for the thin coal seam shearer,with the integrated valve block structure,which has been generally arranged in two layers,and has the advantages of high integration,reasonable layout and small volume. It effectively solved the problem that the conventional valve set can not be installed due to the narrow space in the thin coal seam shearer. The height adjustment valve set has been applied in the series of thin coal seam shearers and have been achieved good results.
