摘要
THDS模拟列车综合检测设备是针对THDS存在的维护维修管理问题而研制。通过THDS模拟列车综合检测设备发出仿真模拟列车信号,能够检测THDS的运行状态,实现THDS的动态检测及模拟标定。采用闭环控制技术、PWM脉宽调制技术,实现对THDS各部位的故障诊断,在日常维护保养和定期维护管理中对系统性能和工况进行评估和验证,同时对轴温探头进行动态检测、标定。该设备能够实现在天窗时间段内或没有外接电源的情况下正常工作,对完善THDS,提高THDS防燃、防切轴能力,保证铁路运输安全具有深远意义。
Abstraci: THDS train simulator integrated testing equipment is developed aiming to solve tile problems of maintenance, repair and management for THDS. The operating state of THDS can be detected through the simulation of train signal emitted by THDS train simulator integrated testing equipment, realizing dynamic detection and simulating calibration of THDS. The technology of closed-loop control and PWM are adopted to make an inspection of TI-tDS component failure as well as an assessment and verification for systematic performance and working condition in daily maintaining and regular management. Meanwhile, it can also make a dynamic detection and calibration for journal temperature detectors. The equipment can perform normally during maintenance window time or without external power supply, which is profound for improving THDS, enhancing the capability of flame-proof and severed axle-proof and ensuring the safety of railway traffic.
