城轨车辆大架修基地建设规划的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 随着城市轨道交通网络化发展,线网规模不断扩大,车辆基地规模数量也越来越大,迫切需要对车辆基地的建设规划进行研究。通过对北京、广州、上海等国内车辆大架修基地建设现状的总结发现,目前,北京大架修基地存在建设规模小、检修成本高,建设标准待修订等问题。基于国内城市轨道车辆技术发展及检修需求特点阐述,研究城轨车辆基地一体化(TID)建设、智能化车辆基地建设等发展趋势,建议车辆大架修基地建设,应按照资源共享的原则整合,减少大架修车辆基地的建设数量,形成规模生产,提高检修设备效率,提升检修管理水平,同时降低投资和运营成本。 With the network development of urban rail transit,the continuous expansion of line network scale and the increasing number of vehicle bases,it is urgent to study and optimize the construction planning of vehicle base.Based on the summary of the current situation of the vehicle base construction in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,this paper focuses on the problems existed in the construction of large UN wheeling repair base,such as small construction scale,high maintenance cost and construction standards to be revised.Based on the development of domestic urban rail vehicle technology and the characteristics of maintenance demand,the paper addresses the construction of urban rail vehicle base integration(TID)and the development of intelligent vehicle base construction.It is suggested that the construction of large UN wheeling repair base should be integrated according to the principle of resource sharing,so as to reduce the number of large UN wheeling repair vehicle base,form large-scale production,increase efficiency of maintenance equipment,improve management level,and cut down investment and operating costs.
