摘要
列车的轴温检测问题越发受到重视,需要考虑温度采集装置的准确度、可靠性、成本等问题,同时需考虑与上层控制器的通信问题。设计了一种基于FPGA的列车轴温检测装置,包括通信模块、电源模块、温度采集模块、机械及电气接口、FPGA主控模块及其外围电路,整合优化了温度采集处理与多功能车辆总线(MVB)通信控制,将功能实现集成在一片FPGA上且无需额外CPU辅助,使装置可直接接入以MVB作为车辆总线的列车通信网络。
This paper designs a train axle temperature detection device based on FPGA,which includes communication module,power module,temperature acquisition module,mechanical and electrical interface,main control module of FPGA and its peripheral circuit.It optimizes temperature acquisition and processing and Multi-function Vehicle Bus(MVB) communication control,and integrates functions into a single FPGA without additional CPU.This device can be directly connected to the train communication network using MVB as the vehicle bus.
