摘要 我国高速铁路运行时速已经达到了350 km/h,对列车行驶安全提出了更高的要求。列车轴温监测系统主要由安装在车轴上的温度采集发射端和驾驶室内的监测终端组成,采集端以控制器C8051F020为核心,通过高精度传感器PT100完成温度数据的采集,并通过ISM频段的无线通信模块nRF905将数据传送到驾驶室的监测终端;监测终端采用嵌入式处理器S3C2410设计,负责接收温度数据,并进行实时显示,当轴温出现异常时,会自动发出声光报警信号,提醒驾驶员采取紧急措施,避免重大交通事故的发生。 The high speed railway in our country has reached a running speed of 350 km/h,the safety of train travel has been put forward higher requirements.The train axle temperature monitoring system is composed of temperature acquisition and transmission terminals installed on axle and a monitoring terminal in cab.The acquisition and transmission terminal designed by controller C8051F020 uses high precision sensor PT100 to get temperature,and sends temperature data to monitoring terminal in cab through ISM frequency band wireless communication module nRF905.The monitoring terminal designed by embedded processor S3C2410 takes charge of receiving temperature data and shows them in real time,and it can send out sound and light alarm signals to remind driver of taking urgent measures when the axle temperature is abnormal that can avoid serious traffic accidents.
