摘要
随着全球食用菌产量的日益增长,食用菌栽培技术也在逐步提升,菌糠也因此受到了广泛关注。本文综述了菌糠的营养价值和综合利用情况,以了解食用菌及其菌糠的综合价值,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
As the global production of spend mushroom substrate increases,spend mushroom substrate cultivation technology has also gradually improved; thus,spend mushroom substrate has received considerable widespread attention for possible utilization in order to deal with its increasing quantity. This article summarizes the market value of spend mushroom substrate and its comprehensive utilization,in order to upgrade the integral value of spend mushroom substrate production,and to provide a theoretical basis for the extension of the spend mushroom substrate industry chain.
