摘要
目的探讨载脂蛋白A(ApoA)/载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的比值变化对头晕患者治疗效果的影响。方法选择2015年10月至2016年12月我院收治的主诉头晕患者100例,其中ApoA/ApoB比值>1为观察组(60例),ApoA/ApoB比值≤1为对照组(40例)。两组给予相同的药物治疗及饮食指导、健康锻炼指导。比较两组患者的住院时间、头晕消失时间以及临床疗效。结果观察组的住院时间与头晕消失时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论较高的ApoA/ApoB比值有助于加快头晕患者的症状消失进程,缩短住院时间,具有预测头晕治疗效果的价值。
Objective To investigate the impact of apolipoprotein A （ApoA） / apolipoprotein B （ApoB） ratio on the treatment effect of patients with dizziness. Methods 100 patients with chief complaint of dizziness admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected. 60 cases of high ApoA/ApoB ratio （ApoA/ApoB 〉 1） were set as observation group and 40 cases of low ApoA/ApoB ratio （ApoA/ApoB ≤ 1） were set as control group. Both groups were given same drug treatment, diet guidance and health exercise guidance. The length of hospital stay, dizziness disappearance time and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The length of hospital stay and dizziness disappearance time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 82.50% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High ApoA/ApoB ratio is beneficial to accelerate symptoms disappearance process of dizziness and shorten length of hospital stay, which has value of predicting curative effect of dizziness.
