摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选择118例乳腺癌术后患者,将2016年1月至3月住院的57例患者作为对照组进行常规护理,将2016年4月至6月住院的61例患者作为试验组。试验组在常规护理基础上采用PDCA循环管理对患者进行功能锻炼指导,比较两组护士对乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼指导的正确率,来评价PDCA循环的应用效果。结果 PDCA活动后护士对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼相关知识掌握程度较前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护士对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼指导的正确率较前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环能提高护士对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼指导的正确率,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation in the limb functional exercise. Methods 118 cases of patients with breast cancer after surgery, 57 cases in 2016 1 to March hospitalized patients as the control group was given routine nursing, 61 cases of hospitalized patients from April 2016 to June as the experimental group, the experimental group based on routine the nursing of PDCA circulation management function exercise guidance for patients, the correct rate of guidance on the application effect of limb functional exercise between the 2 groups of nurses to evaluate the PDCA cycle. Results The PDCA activity of breast can- cer after postoperative functional exercise. Knowledge of master degree was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）, the nurse for breast cancer the correct rate of postoperative functional exer- cise guidance is improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions PDCA can improve the correct rate of circulating nurses on functional exercise after breast cancer surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the quality of life of patients.
