摘要
推进"双一流"建设是当前及未来较长一段时期我国高等教育改革发展的重点任务,行业特色型高校作为我国高等教育的一支重要力量,必须认清使命,找准定位,积极应对。在"双一流"建设背景下,师资队伍建设是高校提升核心竞争力的关键,因此,行业特色型高校应当主动对标"双一流"建设任务,集中瞄准自身传统特色与优势学科,从保持教师行业特色、完善师资考评机制、推进人才国际化等方面加强一流师资队伍建设。
Constructing “Double First-rate” project is the key task for the reform and developmentof Chinese higher education at present and quite a long time in the future. As a significant force forChinese higher education system, it is crucial for industry-engaged characteristic universities to recog-nize their mission clearly, identify their positioning accurately and respond actively to challenges. In the context of “Double First-rate” strategy, faculty construction is the key to enhance the core competi-tion ability of colleges and universities. Therefore, industry-engaged characteristic universities should take the initiative to comply with the corresponding construction tasks of the “Double First-rate” proj-ect, focus on the preponderant and characteristic discipline and strengthen first-class faculty construc-tion by keeping industry-engaged characteristic, perfecting evaluation mechanism as well as promotinginternationalization along with high-quality talents.
