摘要
大学捐赠基金是社会成本分担的一个突破口。随着我国经济发展和社会财富数量的增加,大学基金是实现追赶世界一流的最佳发力点。以美国大学基金的发展与一流大学之间的关系为切入点,通过对美国不同类型、不同层次、不同规模的大学基金进行分析,寻找美国一流大学发展的成功经验,在此基础上为我国"双一流"建设提供政策建议。
With the economic development and social wealth increase in China, the university endowment is a best force to achieve the goal to catch up with the world-class. This paper took the American university endowment as a breakthrough point, found out the relationship between endowment development and the worldclass universities, through the deep investigation and analysis of different types, different levels and different fund size of the university endowment fund, then proposed the experience and inspiration to develop university funds and construct world-class universities in China.
