摘要
针对王坡煤矿顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔效果差的问题,对矿井原有的聚氨酯封孔工艺进行了改进。通过数值模拟和钻屑量指标S现场测试,掌握了巷道两帮煤体支承应力分布特征,确定了钻孔合理封孔深度为10 m;试验测试了聚氨酯药剂的实际发泡倍数,计算获得了钻孔封孔合理的药剂剂量为14 L,并通过地面封孔模拟试验对反应产物的填充效果进行了验证。现场试验表明,改进的封孔工艺和原封孔工艺相比,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高了1.46倍,瓦斯抽采量提高了1.06倍,显著提升了煤层瓦斯抽采效果。
Aiming at the poor sealing effect of the bedding gas drainage borehole in Wangpo Coal Mine,the original polyurethane sealing technology was improved. By numerical simulation and field testing drill cuttings index S,the stress distribution characteristics of coal roadway were obtained,and the reasonable drilling depth was determined for 10 m. The actual foam count of the polyurethane agent was tested,the reasonable dose of 14 L was also calculated,the filling effect of the reaction product by ground seal simulation test was also verified. The application showed that in comparison original sealing technology,the average gas volume fraction of the gas drainage borehole increased by 1. 46 times,the gas extraction pure quantity increased by 1. 06 times. The new sealing process significantly improved the gas extraction effect.
