摘要
我国北方有些煤矿地面地形多为高山丘陵,不便于在地面建立大型固定瓦斯抽采泵站,而为了解决瓦斯难题必须建立瓦斯抽采泵站,形成瓦斯抽采系统抽采煤层瓦斯。为此,黄陵二号井提出在井下建立大型固定式瓦斯抽采泵站方案,采用在井下施工大断面硐室和大孔径管道井的方法,将抽采泵安装在井下硐室,把抽出的瓦斯直接通过管道井排出地面,解决了专用回风巷瓦斯超限问题和黄陵二号煤矿瓦斯治理难题,实现了该矿井安全高效生产。
In some northern coal mine ground terrain for mountain hills,it was not easy to set up a large fixed gas in the ground pumping station,in order to solve the gas problem that gas drainage pumping station must be established,forming gas extraction system and pumping coal seam gas. Huangling No. 2 coal mine firstly proposed establishment of a large stationary gas drainage pumping station project in the underground,using the method in the underground construction of large section chamber and large aperture pipe wells,drainage pump installed in the underground chamber,pulled out the gas pipeline well discharged directly through the ground,the problem of gas overrun in special return air lane was solved,to realize safe and efficient production of the mine.
