摘要
防突措施钻孔施工是否符合设计,以及防突钻孔布置是否合理,关系着防突措施的有效性。通过钻孔设计轨迹与施工轨迹的对比,提出了钻孔偏差和钻孔符合率分析,用以检验防突措施钻孔施工是否满足设计。通过对钻孔密度的空间分析,提出了基于钻孔密度图的布置缺陷判识方法,用于考察钻孔的空间布置是否合理。以钻孔可靠性分析方法为基础,设计开发了防突措施钻孔可靠性分析系统,实现了钻孔可靠性自动分析、多种视图展示和分析报告生成。
Whether the drilling construction of outburst prevention measures meets the design and the drilling layout of outburst prevention measures is reasonable is related to the effectiveness of outburst prevention measures. Through the comparative of drilling design trajectory and construction trajectory,put forward the analysis of drilling deviation and drilling coincidence rate, so as to check whether the drilling construction of outburst prevention measures meets the design. Through the spatial analysis of borehole density, a method of identifying layout defects based on borehole density map was put forward to investigate whether the spatial layout of boreholes is reasonable. Based on the drilling reliability analysis method, a drilling reliability analysis system for outburst prevention measures was designed and developed, which realizes automatic analysis of drilling reliability, display of various views and generation of analysis report.
