To realize the dream of rejuvenating China, we need great craftsmen. Vocational college teachers shoulder the responsibility of training skilled talents. With great responsibility, they should take students＇ psychological and biological characteristics into consideration, influence and educate them with their personality charm and serve as the paving stone for the craftsman growth in our great country.
