摘要
政府法律顾问和公职律师制度对建设法治政府意义重大。为此,要充分发挥该项制度的实际作用,实现该项制度的转型升级,同时要完善政府法律顾问的规范体系,科学确定政府法律顾问和公职律师的管理体制和管理模式,完善政府法律顾问和公职律师的遴选机制,强化政府法律顾问的职能保障机制。
The system for the government＇ s law consultants and lawyers is of great significance for the development of government ruled by law. It is argued that the system should be fully utilized in practice. Also, it should be transformed and upgraded. The government＇ s law consultants should follow a standardized system; the government＇s law consultants and lawyers should be put in a scientific management system and model, and their selection mechanism should be enhanced; the security mechanism for the functions of the government＇ s law consultants should be strengthened.
