摘要
随着高校体育教学的改革，传统以体育理论知识为主的教学模式已无法满足现代高校素质教育的要求。因此，在高校体育教学中，既要丰富学生的体育理论知识、提升学生的体育技能，还要增强体育教学的趣味性，为学生创造轻松的体育学习氛围。
With the reform of college physical education,traditional teaching theory based on sports theory has been unable to meet the requirements of quality education in modern colleges and universities.Therefore, the college physical education not only enriches the students ＇sports theory knowledge, enhances the students＇ sports skills, but also needs to enhance the fun of physical education for students to create a relaxed atmosphere of sports learning.
