摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对辽宁省自由式滑雪空中技巧后备人才及其教练员进行问卷调查,总结了后备人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策,旨在为辽宁省以及我国自由式滑雪空中技巧后备人才的可持续发展提供参考。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, taking the cultivation of reserve talents with the aerials freestyle skiing in Liaoning province as study object, this paper investigates the coaches and reserve talents of Liaoning province＇ s freestyle skating, summarizes the main problems in the process of reserve personnel training and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of reserve talents in Liaoning Province and China.
