摘要
速度滑冰项目的可持续发展需要大量优秀的后备人才。黑龙江省是冰雪体育强省,速滑后备人才的培养状况直接影响到我国冬奥会夺金目标的实现。运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法等方法,从速滑运动员的注册与分布、后备人才成绩水平及数量趋势、训练及参赛情况、学习和日常管理、后备人才培养体制以及教练员队伍情况等方面对黑龙江省速滑项目后备人才培养现状进行研究。研究表明:黑龙江省速滑运动后备人才训练较系统,日常组织管理与思想教育工作有利于后备人才的持续发展,速滑教练员综合素质水平较高;但速滑后备人才分布与培养质量不均衡,人才储备量不足,年参赛次数较少,教练员普遍缺乏深层次的理论基础,后备人才培养体制不利于速滑运动后备人才的选拔与储备。
The sustainable development of speed skating is in need of many outstanding reserve talents.As a power province of ice-snow sports,the development of speed skating reserve talents in Heilongjiang province will directly concern the realization of Chinese winning a gold medal in Winter Olympics.With the methods of visiting experts,questionnaire,documentary information and mathematical statistics,the article has a research on the development of speed skating reserve talents in this province in following aspects of skaters＇ enrollment and distribution,reserve talents＇ achievement and amount,training and competition,study and daily management,training system and coach team.The results show that the training of Heilongjiang speed skating reserve talents is systematic,the daily management and ideological education are beneficial to their sustainable development,the coaches＇ integrated quality is high;but their distribution and growth quality are unbalanced,their amount and annual competition chance are poor,the coaches generally are short of profound theory base,the training system goes against the selection and protection of speed skating reserve talents.
