摘要
针对石油天然气输送常用的X65管线钢管进行闪光焊接工艺试验,测试了闪光焊接接头各区域的低温冲击韧性。采用光学金相显微镜、电子显微分析技术研究闪光焊接热循环对X65管线钢接头组织和韧性的影响。结果表明,X65管线钢管闪光焊接接头焊缝成形良好。焊态下,接头各区域的-40℃低温冲击功较低,焊缝区冲击功仅为11.6J,只有母材的27%。经过焊后热处理,接头的冲击韧性有所改善,焊缝冲击功可以达到母材的55%。接头焊缝组织为粗大块状铁素体、针状铁素体和层片状珠光体,热处理后晶粒细化。
The flash butt welding tests of X65 line pipe used in oil and gas transportation were carried out, and the low temperature impact toughness of each region of the flash butt welding joint was tested. The effect of flash welding thermal cycle on the microstructure and toughness of X65 pipeline steel was studied by optical microscope and electron microscopic analysis technology. The results show that the weld forming of X65 line pipe flash butt welding joint is good. Under weld state, the low temperature impact energy at -40 ℃ of each region of the joint is low. The impact energy of weld zone is only 11.6 J, which is 27% of that of base metal. After post-weld heat treatment, the impact toughness of the joint is improved, and the impact energy of weld zone can reach 55% of that of base metal. The microstructure of weld zone of the joint is coarse block ferrite, acicular ferrite and lamellar pearlite, and the grains become fine after post-weld heat treatment.
